Jett's Room

I never posted a picture of Jett's finished room! Here it is!

3 Months!

This month:

• Wears 0-3 month clothes and size 2 diapers
• Smiles A LOT
• Sleeps after every feeding
• Eats every 3 hours during the day and goes all night without eating!
• Sleeps mostly through the night
• Loves to stand (of course with support from mom and dad)
• Has rolled over 1 time from tummy to back!
• Still sleeps with his hands overhead
• Mom had to go back to work:( so Ms. Mayra comes over to watch him some)

2 Months!

This month:

• Wears 0-3 month clothes and size 1 diapers
• Holds head up while on tummy and elbows
• Smiles a lot!
• Is so curious! Dr. Porter commented on what a curious little fellow you were!
• Will stand up and lock his knees while being held-he loves to do this
• Eats every 3 hours during the day and will go one 5 hour stretch at night
• Sleeps after every feeding
• Sleeps with his hands over his head as if he is being told by the police, "freeze with your hands up!" It cracks us up!
• Still loves to look at fans
• 2 month check-up: 11 lbs, 4 oz. (30th percentile), 23 5/8 inches (60%), and received Hep B, DTap, IPV, Prevnar, HIB, and Rotateq vaccines. He cried but only for a few minutes

 So sweet. Jett loved to sleep on his tummy on us the first 6 weeks or so. Not so much anymore...he is too alert and raises his head up to look around now.

1 Month Old!

Wow! I can't believe Jett is already a month old! 

This month:

• He has a calm, happy temperament 
• Wears newborn diapers and newborn clothes
• Loves his pacifier
• Eats every 3 hours with an occasional longer stretch at night
• Had his first dunk in the pool on July 4
• Tracks a few favorite toys with eyes
• Kicks and flails arms like crazy!
• He loves sleeping on his tummy on anyone's tummy who will let him
• Holds his head up for short periods
• Is very vocal-he makes all sorts of noises all the time
• Smiles occasionally
• 2 week appointment stats: 7 lbs 14.5 oz., 21 1/4 inches long, head 14.5 inches
