7 Months!

• He kind of crawls! It's like an Army crawl/drag/scoot with his arms
• Has 2 teeth!
• Wears size 3 diapers
• Wears 3-6 month and a few 9 month clothes
• Still jumps like crazy in his bouncer!
• Still eats every 4 hours and takes 2-3 naps a day
• He has been trying more real food that can be squished between the fingers…He likes eggs and guacamole a lot!
• Sucks his thumb when he's tired
• Enjoys looking at himself in the mirror
• Is showing a lot of interest in all his Christmas toys!

6 Months!

• Wears size 3 diapers
• Wears 0-6 month clothes 
• Still eats breastmilk/formula every 4 hours (8 am, 11 am, 3 pm, 7 pm) and baby food 2 times a day. His favorites are banana mango and banana. He also loves these mum mum baby crackers. 
• Has a tooth! His first tooth came in on the bottom
• Bounces like crazy in his bouncer saucer thing
• Still sleeps on his tummy and sucks his thumb a lot
• Laughs a ton!
• He enjoys music and thinks it's hilarious when Jordan and I dance
• Still takes 3 naps a day although if we are busy he may only take 2 which usually results in a rough evening!
• He has been sick twice this month: one was a viral cold and the other was the day before Thanksgiving he had a stomach bug (made for a VERY long drive to The Woodlands for Thanksgiving!)

Doctor Stats:
27 inches (70th percentile)
16 pounds 2 oz. (25th percentile)
16 3/4 inches Head circumference (25th percentile)
He got his six month vaccinations and round #1 of the flu shot

5 Months!

I'm so behind whoops!

5 Months…

• Wears size 2 diapers
• Wears 3-6 months clothes
• He can sit up all by himself!
• He loves playing with toys
• He sleeps all night, yes!
• Eats every 4 hours (8 am, 11 am, 3 pm, 7 pm)-breastmilk and we had to add in some formula to keep up with him plus baby food 1-2 times a day. His favorites are mango and sweet potato
• Takes 3 naps a day, each one 1-2 hours long. He's likes his naps, just like his Dad!
• He sleeps on his tummy most of the time
• Is teething like crazy but none have come through yet
• He loves his bouncy saucer thing and bounces like crazy in it!

Oh boy he's such a joy!

 He loves bath time

 He still has blue eyes…we are wondering if they will stay that color or change as he grows?!

 He's definitely ditched the pacifier for his thumb.

 We are attempting solid foods without much luck. He really doesn't care for them. We've tried rice cereal, oatmeal cereal, sweet potatoes, carrots, and some mixture of some veggies that I can't remember what was all in it.

It gets everywhere!

Jett was a goldfish for his first Halloween!

4 Months!

• He's just switching from size 0-3 months to 3-6 months. 
• Size 2 diaper
• Rolls over to his tummy! He's rolled a few times back to his back, but he usually stays on his tummy
• Sleeps on his tummy (I know they are suppose to sleep on their backs but he immediately rolls to his tummy to sleep-we can't keep him off it!)
• Doesn't really care for his pacifier anymore-he much prefers his thumb
• Still smiles a lot!
• Laughs!
• At his 4 month appointment: weighs 14 lbs (about 20-30th percentile), 25 inches long (about 50th percentile)
• Just tried baby cereal-he's not too crazy about it so he mostly gets breastmilk still every 4 hours
• sleeps through the night!
• Naps 4 times a day
• Loves bath time!
